What to do if there are too many negative comments about the law firm - to improve the work of the organization or to seek the removal of unpleasant opinions. The Legal Department "Depiust" decided to start from the last variant and asked the court to recognize the negative feedback about their firm discrediting and unreliable. In one such case, the plaintiff's claims were satisfied, and in another dispute the companies were refused, with reference to the fact that the comments are posted on an Internet forum that is not the media. Experts called this case important for the "formation of the institutional basis of the information society".

However, users of the site Yell.ru (a resource to find companies and services in Moscow) in other colors spoke about the work of the "Depiust", leaving a lot of negative comments about this company.
Legal firm wanted to recognize them as unreliable information in court, removed from the portal and receive 65,000 rubles for the damaged business reputation. Moreover, the plaintiff asked to delete even positive reviews. Such as: "My first comment is not relevant." Within the framework of the current treaty, they prepared complaints against the authorities and bill the court. "
The applicant brought an action against three respondents at once: OOO "Ell Ru", which technically provided information on the site, LLC "Yellow Pages" - the founder of the directory. The organization "Contact East Holding AB" is the founder of the two listed companies and the administrator of the domain.
Three instances refused to " Depiust”, with reference to the fact that the Yell.ru site is not the media (not registered in such status in Roskomnadzor). The first instance noted that it is impossible to recognize as proven the fact of placing these reviews specifically on the plaintiff, because the website doesn`t specify the exact name of the law firm and has not registered its TIN. The appeal added that the portal is considered informational and allows users to exchange subjective opinions about the work of various organizations - both positive and negative (case No. A40-97932 / 2015). In addition, the "Depiust" didn`t prove that the reviews on the site are defamatory, unreliable and placed exactly by the defendants, noted the courts.
The attorney of the National Law Company "Mitra" Alina Zelenskaya adds that in this case it would make sense to appoint an expert examination and try to prove one more circumstance: "The comments were written from the same ip-address"
