Business and government can`t bridge over the modern crisis themselves. If the South of Russia wants to save coefficient of expansionб the base of development economic will be a real dialogue. Due to anti-western product sanctions, this topic is relatable to such industries as agroindustrial complex and food industry. But, representatives of these industries didn`t want to take part in the discussion. Instead of them, top-managers of machine-building enterprise voiced opinions.
At the same time, the problem of the cost of borrowed funds is not some kind of a blind wall, in which the fate of investment projects, including in the sphere of import substitution, is at stake. For example, today, alternative forms of attracting financing are actively introduced, such as securitization of assets - the issuance by a specialized organization of bonds, payments on which are provided with a constant flow of payments from the main activity of the initiator of the transaction. According to Zaurbek Akhmetov, Executive Director of Mitra Law Company, securitization will be attractive for those large companies that, for various reasons, do not have access to organized capital markets and, as a consequence, are deprived of the possibility of attracting external borrowing on acceptable terms. As the foreign experience shows, the spectrum of application of this method of attracting funds is quite wide: securitization mechanisms were involved in the implementation of large infrastructure projects, in shipbuilding, timber processing, telecommunications business, hotel business and so on.
