CEO of National Law Company "Mitra" commented a performance of the deputy prime-minister Russian Federation Alexander Chloponin about economic situation of the Caucasus region, which has been published on the web-site "Kavkazskaya politika".
"Say, that a country`s economic has a period of recession, but North-Caucasus region hasn`t crisis, probably, very optimistic, - thinks CEO of National Law Company Yury Mirzoev. It's another matter that if the infusion from federal budget to unprofitable region doesn`t change, negotive effects from modern situation won`t be so palpable for population of North Caucasus District."
