CEO of National Law Company Yury Mirzoev laid on questions of Deoffshorization in the article, which was published on the media portal of “Kavkazskaya politika”. Yury Mirzoev thinks, that it`s long term trend, which can be explained by political and economic reasons.
“First of all, we need to improve conditions for business in Russia, and then to claim of repatriation of capital. Now on the practice, we can see, that capital doesn`t want to amnesty, and it lays under a necessity a government to extend a period of extension of special declaration in the frame of federal law about capital amnesty. Also business doesn`t hurry to inform Federal Tax Service about taking part in the income of controlled foreign companies.”
