Bank system of North Caucasus is “bloodless” by pressure from Central Bank of Russia (in the many Republics there aren`t any credit organizations). The federal state banks (which should be «motivation” for new industry politic) prove unequal to task.
Even a discussion about importance of bankers and industrialists paralyses an economic development of Russia. But businessmen blame energy workers, taxmen, officials, competitors. How can say about imports phase-out, when enterprisers live up to the principles “war by everybody against everybody else”.
“Another situation is in Dagestan” – said CEO of National Law Company “Mitra” Yury Mirzoev. He didn`t say about a company, but it`s clear, that its history is similar for all republics of North Caucasus Federal District. Two years ago, taxmen assessed additional tax in amount 1.5 billion rub. for this company. After long legal proceeding lawyers of “Mitra” could cut amount in arrears to 3200 rub.
Today is a new court. Taxmen counted “only” billion rub. of arrear for the company, but arrear came down to 2 million. Meanwhile, Yury Mirzoev noted, that the head of this inspection went for promotion, headed tax office in Dagestan. Other inspectors also work in their office.
