On 21-22 April 2017, there was Interregional scientific -practical conference «Tax law in the decisions of Russia's Constitutional Court in Moscow. The organizers of event were the magazine “Nalogoved”, a law faculty of Moscow State University of Lomonosov and a legal school “Statut”.
CEO of National Law Company “Mitra” Yury Mirzoev took part in the forum. His presentation with report was about charging tax according with art. 122 Tax Code Russian Federation as a punishment for extra tax. (Decision of Russia's Constitutional Court № 571-О from 10.03.2016).
Many representatives of state authorities, judges, scientists, specialists of legal firms and attorneys, workers of big factories and foreign experts.
Such conferences became a tradition. This year during event all participants could summarize work of Russia's Constitutional Court in the tax branch for year and find out actual problems of legislation and law enforcement and ways of decision. Besides, experts made a point of discussion of accepted acts by Russia’s Constitutional Court.
