In February of 2015 year Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Dagestan instituted court proceedings against public company “RusHydro”, having noted in the work of company characteristics of violation of antitrust law. It`s shown that company settled monopoly low price on the electrical energy. Anti-monopoly authority confirmed that public company “RusHydro”, public company “DESC”, and joint-stock company “UMEK” violated the federal law “Protection of competitive” (http://dagestan.fas.gov.ru/news/12296).
Public company “DESC” has challenged decision of anti-monopoly authority in the judicial proceeding.
09.03.2016 Arbitration court declared this decision illegal.
