On 30th June 2015 the Arbitration Court remained unchanged the resolution of the 16th Arbitration Appellant Court and the decision of the regional arbitration court about collecting debts of the contract for accomplishing works of the technical maintenance natural gas network and statutory default interest. It amounted more 95 million rubles.
In the resolution it was confirmed the conclusions of the courts and complainant`s interests, which presented by the specialists of “Mitra”. In this case, defendant did not confess that opponent had provided the services, and refused to sign acts of acceptance. Mitra lawyers proved that contract had fixed price, wherein the efficiency, safety and accuracy of the natural gas network proves the services provided in disputed period.
