The 16th Appeal Arbitration Court sustained the appeal and canceled illegal decision of The Arbitration court of Stavropol territory, invalidated a decision of tax authority in amount more 40 mln rub. of taxes, penalties and fines on goods and services tax and the decrease of tax`s loss in amount more 190 mln rub.
Yury Mirzoev, who represented the interests of the largest glass factory in the region in this dispute notes "The court made legal and right decision. Resolution of this dispute is precedential for all glass branch in Russia, because no one factories can not work without inventory of defective production."
Fortunatelly, taxpayer ask the Mitra`s specialists about help in time ( in the first instance Mitra`s team didn`t represent these interests). In such difficult for business time this enactment of appeal instance is a breath of fresh air.
