Since 18 to 21 of May 2016 in Saint-Petersburg there was VI Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum whipped up many representatives and speakers from every corner of world. The program of PILF 2016 included some parts of event on different topical tracks, which had been in many cities of Russia. National Law Company “Mitra’ became the one of the organizers of scientific round-table discussion under the guidance Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum in the North Caucasus District.
The 19th of May 2016 in the hotel “Intourist” there was scientific round-table discussion as part of Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum, which was focused on discussion questions in land law. For taking part in event there were invited the heads of legal services of the biggest companies in North Caucasus Federal District, partners of building organizations and Real Estate Agency, bodies of power, judges, scientists, practicing lawyers and practitioners.
The main topic of the first part of event was the discussion a question of condemnation or legalization of unauthorized structure. During discussion were considering questions of regulation according civil law regulations, specialties of proving cases, which were linked with avoidance decisions of local government, and also explained word “unauthorized structure” in law enforcement practice of courts.
As experts shared opinions on interesting questions such guests as Konstantin Sklovskiy (lawyer, doctor of legal sciences, scientist and practiser), Yuliya Lugovaya (judge of 16AAC), Oleg Marchenko (judge of 16 AAC), Marina Kerimova (president of the jury of Arbitration court Stavropol region), Victoriya Bezlepko (judge of the Arbitration court Stavropol region), Shatalova Elene (judge of Stavropol regional court), Sergey Pavlov (chairman of committee legal administration of Pyatigorsk authority), Ivanova Angelina (deputy manager of legal administration of Pyatigorsk authority), Roman Djakov (partner of National Law Company “Mitra”).

During second part of the event representatives watched online session of Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum in the form of lecture President of the Constitutional Court Russian Federation, professor, doctor of legal sciences, honored lawyer Russian Federation Valeriy Zorkin, which had been devoted “Actual problems of constitutional development of Russia”. Valeriy Zorkin was considering very interesting questions, which had taught everybody's feelings, and shared opinion about new modern trends in the whole world.
Such events make good influence on the development of legal Russian society. During forum representatives could exchange opinions, discuss interesting questions, and also get across. All of these are a great step for modernization legal culture. As one organizer in North Caucasus Federal District under the guidance Saint-Petersburg International Legal Forum 2016 year, the National Law Company “Mitra” could not only translate into real all plans and discuss questions as part of declared subject, but also touch on very important problems, which had been interesting for all partners of event.
In summation representatives of scientific round-table discussion noted value of such event for legal society of region, importance of discussed questions, high level of organization event.
