Due to work of the specialists of National law company "Mitra" the plaintiff's claims were upheld. Arbitration court of Karachai-Cherkess Republic in case №А25-1419/2013 deckared illegal a decision of additional on-site tax audit of Department of the Federal Tax Service Russian Federation in Karachai-Cherkess Republic in amount 20 mln. rub.
