Our lawyers could prove the fact of having gas pipelines by client. It helped to collect debts from holder of gas.
Between the client – the biggest energy retail company and supplier of gas there was a big conflict, linked with rising debts of contractor without a formal contract. The courts denied in the collection debt, motivating by failure of evidence of client`s having gas pipelines. In their opinion, it excluded a capability of providing services of transportation.
But, lawyers could break a practice and prove an actual occupation of gas pipeline according with documents of network maintenance, access to gas distribution equipment and dates of providing services to third persons. This case drew a line under many disputes, linked with transportation gas on the territory of North Caucasus.
