The Arbitration court of Dagestan Republic allowed claims of the large energy company and annulled the decision of the tax authority in amount more 23 mln. rub. The representative of the taxpayer`s interests in this case (А15-2008/2016) is General Director Yury Mirzoev. He says: “We want to note a high level of professionalism and principled stance of the judge Magomedov R., which was adjudicated the dispute. Despite on the negative practice in tax disputes in our country, for the taxpayer this dispute was settled in according with standards of Tax Code Russian Federation and was an important precedent for developing of tax law in Russia”.
