n 27th of November 2014, there was the Interregional Forum of the largest companies in the South Federal District, which gathered about 300 participants. There were many persons not only from economic sector, but also from small and medium enterprises, and, of course, the top management of large companies of the South of Russia, heads of government, practitioners and bankers.
Participants of discussion in different topics agreed that in the future growth and economic development the basis would be on big business. Also, participants considered the question of import substitution, which thrown into sharp relief in condition the world situation of foreign policy.
Should note that during the discussion about prioritizing public support linked with import substitution, the participants almost unanimously came to the conclusion that the public authorities should offer businesses to set the special measures of supporting relevant projects, focusing not on the replacement of certain commodity groups, and implementation new production technologies. During of discussions were analyzed the main growth trend of the largest companies in Russia, highlighted the most profitable industry in the region, indicated the problems of the market`s development.
Participation in the session "The potential of import: who will finance development?" The Executive Director of the National Law Company "Mitra» Zaurbek Akhmetov presented to the participants the project of the potential supporting development of small and medium-sized businesses, "Securitization as a way of funding." In his opinion: "The well-established relationship between the government and business representatives promotes to economic growth in the region. However, in the current complex condition of environment formed as a result of foreign conflicts, such connections occur mainly in large enterprises.
At the end of the forum was award ceremony for 250 representatives of the largest companies in the South Federal District, presented according to an annual study of the Analytical Center "Expert Yug" for 2013.
