Due to legal support of the specialists National Law Company "Mitra" the court of Karachai-Cherkess Republic upholded the grantor's claims. The Arbitration court (case № №А25-1516/2013 ) declared illegal the claims of Inter-District Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service № 5 in KCR in amount 160 mln. rub.
